Welcome to BayGo Tech Hong Kong Online Store, to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all of our users, we have established our Terms of Use. They spell out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. Please note that by accessing any area of baygotech.com.co, you agree to be bound and to abide by these Terms of Use. Any reference in these Terms of Use to BayGo Tech Hong Kong Online Store shall include reference to BayGo Tech (HK) Limited and their respective employees and agents.

  1. Compliance with laws

    BayGo Tech Hong Kong Online Store is a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. We operate in Hong Kong and comply with all the laws and regulations of Hong Kong. All our products are in compliance with all the requirements and specifications under the laws of Hong Kong.

  2. Registration

    You are required to register with us when you use the services or place an order. By registering you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you are aged 18 years or above and capable of forming a legally binding contract.

Where you are required to register, you must:

  • (i) provide us with accurate, complete and updated registration information;

  • (ii) safeguard your user name and password; and

  • (iii) authorize us to assume that any person using our site with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you.

    Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure all information and details information are correct before payment. Our order terms are contained in the Help page under the sections headed Ordering and Shipping and Delivery. All orders are subject to these order terms in addition to these Terms of Use.

  2. Use of forwarder

    We recommend delivery services for shipping of the products you ordered. Your rights regarding the delivery of the products shall be governed by the terms and conditions of such a forwarder, which will be available for perusal upon request. By choosing the forwarder we recommend, you agree that we will appoint such a forwarder to handle all the aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any actor failure to act on the part of such a forwarder. We disclaim any liability whatsoever and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use.

  3. Copyright

    This site may currently only be used as a shopping resource or to conduct online communications.   6. Authorized distributor

    BayGo Tech eShop's delivery arrangements and payment processing are handled by our authorized distributor, Storeberry Limited. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Storeberrry Limited is responsible for the delivery and payment matters related to your purchases.
